Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and clients
* Handle client enquiries and maintain regular, proactive communication
* Prepare and manage documentation, reports and client records with accuracy and professionalism
* Assist with the preparation of client meetings and ensure all follow-up actions are completed
Requirements
* Experience within financial planning or wider financial services (e.g., pensions, investments, platforms) is preferred
* Strong understanding of, and interest in, the financial services sector with ambition to build a long-term career
* Ambitious graduates seeking entry into the industry are also encouraged to apply
* Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
