Salary: £45,123 - £53,603 (including paid school holidays) and excellent benefits.
This role is based at Luxborough Court School, a purpose‑built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5‑19 with autism, featuring a large sports hall, bespoke sixth‑form suite, therapeutic spaces, extensive outdoor areas and a central courtyard garden.
About the Role
As a key member of our multi‑disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people. You will work collaboratively across schools and children’s homes, ensuring therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we provide. Your duties will include consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.

Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC.
* Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Experience supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed environments.
* Strong leadership, engagement and confidence in training and mentoring.
* Highly organised and proactive.
