They work across a wide range of sectors and projects from small residential extensions to large-scale regeneration schemes. Areas of specialism include urban mixed-use developments, housing, retail, sports venues, energy infrastructure, master planning, urban design, environmental impact assessments, community engagement, and heritage planning. Responsibilities * Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications for a wide range of developments * Support the assembly of evidence and documentation required for planning submissions and appeals * Conduct research into planning policy, site constraints, and development potential * Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the planning process * Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams on complex projects * Gain exposure to negotiations involving Section 106 agreements and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) * Contribute to both major regeneration schemes and smaller-scale local projects Requirements * RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline * Interest in Planning * Strong analytical skills * Excellent communication, written and verbal * Proactive a...
