General Manager
What you'll do:
1. Lead day-to-day operations across both cafe and bar service with excellence
2. Manage, train, and inspire a multidisciplinary team (baristas, bartenders, floor staff)
3. Uphold brand standards in service, quality, and environment
4. Drive scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control processes
5. Ensure seamless customer experiences from open to close
6. Work with leadership to implement promotions, events, and seasonal menus
7. Handle hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews with clarity and care
