We're looking for a detail-driven, creative Events Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver events that inspire, engage, and make a difference.
The Role
As our Events Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in planning and delivering a diverse range of professional and community-focused events — from workshops and conferences to stakeholder gatherings and networking sessions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail aligns with our brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities
 * Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events from concept to completion.
 * Manage logistics including venues, catering, suppliers, AV, travel, and guest communications.
 * Work with clients and partners to ensure event goals and experiences exceed expectations.
 * Support event marketing — including invitations, social media promotion, and post-event follow-up.
 * Oversee event budgets, contracts, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
 * Provide on-site coordination and support during live events.
 * Evaluate event outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
 * 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, project support, or client engagement (agency or consulting experience is a plus).
 * Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
 * Strong communicator — confident in working with clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
 * A problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 * Tech-savvy — comfortable with Microsoft 365 and event tools like Eventbrite, Cvent, or Zoom.
 * A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences.
