Offer description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Recruitment team in Belfast. The role involves supporting end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycles, coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment records.


Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in recruitment, HR, or a customer service environment
* Proven track record in fast‑paced recruitment/HR settings
* Experience managing full recruitment lifecycles
* Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
* Strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and organisation


Communication Skills

* Excellent written and spoken English


Customer Service Skills

* Previous experience delivering a high level of customer service


Organisation & Time Management Skills

* Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively


Desirable

o CIPD qualification


Key Duties and Responsibilities

o Provide full administrative support to a team of recruitment consultants
o Assist with onboarding of new employees from start to finish
o Create employee personnel files
o Send off vetting checks (e.g., Access NI's)
o Liaise with new starters and follow up on outstanding documentation
o Fill appropriate paperwork
o Create and issue contracts for new employees
o Assist with interviews and reference chasing as required
o Audit personnel files to ensure compliance with RQIA regulations
o Develop and build relationships with internal teams, hiring managers and clients as required
o Take on other reasonable duties as required

o £25,000 per annum
