The Work You'll be involved in some of the most significant Real Estate projects in the UK, with a strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. The work is varied, high-value, and offers the chance to develop genuine sector expertise. Your work will include: Advising on major land acquisitions and disposals for large-scale energy developments Leading Real Estate aspects of onshore/offshore wind, solar, hydro, nuclear and carbon capture projects Supporting infrastructure clients on roads, rail and water developments Drafting and negotiating leases, development agreements and finance documentation Guiding clients through strategic land transactions to unlock next-generation projects Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their technical development Working collaboratively with partners and other departments on complex, cross-practice projects This is a chance to handle cutting-edge, market-leading work while making a visible impact on the UK's transition to clean energy and future infrastructure.
