Requirements for the caretaking role:
Complying with safeguarding regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Performing basic, semi-skilled repairs as needed.
Overseeing routine upkeep of school facilities, including managing the opening and closing of the building.
Carrying out cleaning tasks when necessary.
Coordinating with contracted service providers and handling related documentation.
