Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor - Up to £105,000 salary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked Dispute Resolution team in Bristol, working with a leading international law firm known for its innovative and client-focused approach.
The team handles a wide range of complex, high-value commercial disputes across various sectors, including financial services, life sciences, technology, and energy. Their client base features high-profile organisations such as multinational corporations, global financial institutions, tech firms, and government bodies.
Key areas of specialisation include handling contractual disputes, such as breaches of commercial agreements, and managing complex shareholder and joint venture disputes. The team also specialises in banking, financial, and insolvency litigation, as well as navigating contentious regulatory issues. Additionally, they have significant expertise in investigations involving fraud, bribery, and corruption, providing clients with robust representation in high-stakes scenarios.
The Candidate
* 1-4 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution from a leading UK or international firm
* Experience managing complex, high-value disputes and a track record of delivering excellent client outcomes
* A strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree and completion of the LPC/SQE with distinction
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively as part of a team
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and enthusiasm for high-profile, challenging disputes
* Interest or experience in cross-border litigation or arbitration would be an advantage
