We're currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving secondary school in the London Borough of Hounslow. This is a flexible role ideal for someone who can step in at short notice to support the school on a weekly rota.

The school is well-connected via public transport, offers roadside parking, and is surrounded by beautiful green spaces. Role Overview
As an HLTA, you'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering pre-set lessons and activities
* Managing groups of up to 25 students (ages 11-18)
* Encouraging student engagement and using initiative to support learning
* Promoting positive behaviour and a focused classroom environment
What We're Looking For
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Experience working with young people, ideally in education, youth work, sports coaching, or public speaking
* Previous HLTA or Cover Supervisor experience is helpful but not essential
* Subject expertise is a bonus, but not required
