The Head of Analytics is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development and execution of advanced analytics to power smarter decisions across Micheldever Group’s retail, wholesale and tyre brands. You will drive campaign effectiveness, customer retention and operational efficiency through AI‑driven insights, predictive modelling and robust reporting.
The job holder works closely with the Group Marketing Director, partnering with Brand Strategy, Channel Marketing and Digital teams, while leading a growing analytics function including a Senior Analyst. You will commission research, benchmark competitors and ensure data quality and compliance.
