About the Role
We are recruiting a part-time Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client’s Facilities Department in Kearsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner
Logging calls accurately onto the helpdesk system
Providing advice and support to colleagues and clients
Booking repairs and coordinating with contractors or engineers
Updating records and maintaining accurate system information
Carrying out general administrative duties to support the Facilities Department
About You
The ideal candidate for this Helpdesk Coordinator role will be friendly, approachable, and well-organised, with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have good IT skills, and enjoy providing high levels of customer service.
