Youll lead a team of Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, managing workloads, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across site. Youll also play a key role in developing team capability, driving continuous improvement, and leading root cause analysis to improve plant reliability.
Key Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS)
* Experience with planning, performance management, and continuous improvement
* Comfortable using Microsoft xsngvjr tools and systems
