Data Entry Clerk Harpenden (AL5) Salary: £14 Per Hour Temporary - 2 weeks Our client is a leading business within waste management sector who supply environmental solutions to the construction industry. As the business enters a new phase of its growth, with new offerings, the company are seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk to support the team with all elements of their role. The support will include calling and emailing suppliers for missing information updating client information and updating their portals. Responsibilities: Accurately update the company portal with supplier information received via email/phone Manually complete online forms and upload supporting documents Review and verify documents to ensure they are compliant and in-date Contact suppliers via phone and email to request missing or require information Follow up with suppliers to chase outstanding documentation Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and updates made Update and complete client profiles where information is missing or incomplete Ensure all data is entered in a timely and organised manner Requirements: Good telephone manner Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organisational and time management skills Quick to learn new systems or processes Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm - can be flexible if needed
