To provide efficient and effective administration support to financial advisors ensuring more customers and more to customers, whilst mitigating risk by ensuring segregation of duties.

Are you someone who can:

1. Identify and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.

2. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.

3. Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of an area of work.

4. Conduct follows ups with service providers and ensures close out of relevant actions.

5. Ensure first time resolution of customer queries or complaints.

6. Take ownership of any requirements and follow up on queries escalated to other areas to ensure delivery on agreed timelines and Service Level Agreements.

7. Build on product knowledge and customer service based on feedback and guidance from relevant stakeholders.

8. Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.

9. Complete relevant administration, reporting and updating of information accurately and on time.

10. Execute own work in accordance with the organizational values and code of ethics.

11. Adhere to required governance and compliance standards and escalate potential risks for investigation as and when required.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

12. Advisory Industry knowledge

13. Ability to support a Financial Advisor

14. Experience working in an Advisory environment

15. Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints

16. Ensure quality and accuracy of outputs

17. NQF 6 in financial management or financial qualification

18. 3+ min experience in a Financial Advisory support role or Financial Administration role

22. General knowledge of financial statements and financial acumen

23. Detail oriented

24. Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

26. Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.

27. Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.

28. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships experience (any segment)

29. Strong collaboration skills
