Assistant Facilities Manager, London (Multi-site role), £45,000 + excellent benefits
We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of hard services across a portfolio of premium, design-led workspaces in London.
This is a hands-on, mobile role where strong coordination, organisation, and stakeholder management are key. Working closely with senior leadership, you will act as a vital link between site teams and contractors, helping to maintain high operational standards and ensure safe, compliant, and exceptional environments.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of hard services across multiple sites
Assist with facilities policies, compliance, and health & safety processes
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure service excellence
Conduct building audits and surveys to maintain standards
Support risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate documentation, logbooks, and FM records
Assist with project work, including upgrades and operational improvements
About You Experience in facilities management, with knowledge of hard services (M&E, HVAC, compliance)
Strong understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance
Experience managing contractors and service providers
Comfortable working across multiple sites
Highly organised with strong administrative and IT skills (Excel, CAFM systems)
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
Relevant qualification (e.g. RICS) desirable but not essential
