Job Opportunity: Corporate Customer Service Representative
Join our dynamic customer services team in the waste and recycling industry. We are hiring a Corporate Customer Service Representative based in Aylesbury, offering a permanent, full-time position with 37.5 hours per week and an annual salary of £24,000.
In this role, you will work in our contact centre, assisting customers with queries, providing resolutions, and delivering excellent service. You will be part of a dedicated, passionate, and energetic team committed to making a difference.
Candidate Requirements
* Passion for customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
