About the role As Talent Attraction Advisor you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for your our Retail business area, ensuring every candidate receives an exceptional experience and hiring managers are supported and advised every step of the way. Youll be an advocate for diversity and inclusion, proactively identifying new and innovative ways to source and attract top talent and will be an advocate for our business supporting our employer brand and shaping how we attract and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end/360 recruitment for your Retail, ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement to onboarding.
Build strong partnerships with hiring teams, guiding them through the recruitment process with market insight and best practice.
Ensure all recruitment activities promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, removing barriers and encouraging applications from underrepresented groups and supporting social mobility.
Support in developing and executing recruitment attraction campaigns aligned with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to increase brand awareness and attract top talent.
Represent the company at career fairs, events and networking opportunities, enhancing our employer brand in the talent market.
Promote our brand across social channels and platforms, consistently and creatively engaging target audiences.
Pipeline candidates for future hiring needs, maintaining a talent pool aligned with business objectives and future skills hiring
Collaborate within the wider People team in an agile working environment, supporting cross-functional projects and priorities through our squad working
Contribute to ad hoc talent projects that align with strategic business goals.
Work towards defined KPIs and performance metrics to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
Stay informed on industry trends, talent insights, and emerging recruitment technologies to advise the business and improve practices.
Explore and introduce innovative sourcing methods to reach new talent pools and stay ahead of market trends.
Ensure all hiring processes are consistent, fair, and inclusive, reducing the risk of bias and fostering a diverse workforce.
Work collaboratively with all members of the attraction team to foster creativity, best practice and consistency to successfully deliver results and encourage innovate ways of working to increase performance.
About You Proven experience in managing a full 360 recruitment process
Previous experience recruiting for roles within retail would be desirable
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Passion for creating inclusive recruitment experiences and promoting DE&I.
Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS systems, and social media recruiting.
Strong understanding of assessment and selection methods, including interview techniques and competency based assessments.
Experience with employer branding and EVP-aligned campaign creation desirable.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of KPIs and recruitment metrics.
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
