4. Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
5. Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

8. Support the team during the annual budget preparation.
9. Assist with audits and financial analysis as necessary.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Administrator should have:
11. A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
12. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
13. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with relevant software (e.g. SAP).
14. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
15. Education to a degree level in a related field, such as Business or Accounting.
