Are you a creative and strategic marketing professional ready to make a real impact in education? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Officer to deliver innovative marketing campaigns that promote our Colleges achievements and opportunities to prospective students, parents/carers and the wider community.
The role includes implementing the Colleges marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. Leading on liaison with local partner schools including giving presentations about the College to prospective students and attending school careers events to promote the College. The successful candidate will lead on organising marketing events at the College including open days and taster days. They will also create content for our website, newsletters, press releases and other promotional material.
The successful candidate will be personable, well-presented and a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be educated to degree level or have significant proven experience from a relevant role in the workplace. They will have strong project management skills and be proficient in IT, using digital marketing tools and social media platforms. They will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a car for work.
The post attracts 22 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata and is part of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
