Position Details
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Hours: 20–50 hours per week (flexible)
* Shifts: Flexible rota including alternate weekend cover
* Location: Stockport and surrounding areas
* Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes (washing, dressing, medication prompts, mobility assistance)
* Assist with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping as required
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Follow individualised care plans to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any concerns
* Drive between client visits across Stockport and nearby areas, ensuring punctuality and reliability
* Uphold the company's values, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies at all times
Requirements
Essential:
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own vehicle
* Willingness to work alternate weekends
* Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high standards of care
Desirable:
* Previous care experience (not essential – full training provided)
* Knowledge of the Stockport area and surrounding communities
Typical Shift Patterns
* Mornings: 7:00am – 2:00pm
* Evenings: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
* Flexible split shifts possible.
