What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring standards are maintained at a high level for a ready-to-serve store in the morning.
* Managing people, including performance, capability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable with nightshift work, adaptable to its physical and mental impacts, and committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for the team.
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational setting.
* Resilient to the demands of nightshift work.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach teams similarly.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or other performance metrics.
* Skilled in managing disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
