Your main role as RIA Account Manager (AM) is to expand the network of agents in your designated territory in Wales/England, present RIA Money Transfer Services Limited as a business opportunity, sign them up as agents, and understand their requirements.
Successful candidates will own their own car, be highly self-motivated, possess strong prioritization skills, and be comfortable working in the field 90% of the time.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop, retain, and manage a portfolio of agent businesses to provide RIA money transfer services.
* Present RIA to potential agents and manage the sales process from prospecting to signing up new agents.
* Spend approximately 90% of your time recruiting new agents and developing existing ones in your territory.
* Manage the sign-up, setup, and training process for agents, providing solutions for challenges.
* Build strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term loyalty.
* Use financial and business acumen to demonstrate the value of our services to prospective agents.
* Provide agents with POS materials, system, and compliance training to maximize their potential.
* Increase transaction volume through visibility and local marketing initiatives.
* Respond promptly to information requests from the company and agents.
* Demonstrate understanding of RIA operations and systems.
* Represent RIA at events to generate new business leads and contacts.
* Stay informed about industry issues and competitor intelligence.
* Maintain a relevant competition database.
* Report regularly to the Regional and Sales Managers on work progress.
* Complete weekly reports and participate in sales meetings.
Required Experience / Qualifications
* Fluent English + an additional language.
* At least 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
* Experience with money transfer companies is a plus.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience in target-driven environments.
* Relationship-building skills with clients.
* Excellent communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Business development experience and customer service skills.
* Ability to explain regulatory requirements clearly to customers.
* Well-organized, thorough, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Able to travel within the territory and for longer trips as needed.

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated pay range is £28,000 to £32,000, depending on skills and experience.
