We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Head Chef, someone who shares our passion for delicious food.
5 DAY WEEK
HOURS 7:30AM - 5PM
NO SUNDAYS OR EVENINGS
DUTIES:
FOOD PREPARATION, ORDERS, MENU PLANNING
ASSIST WITH DEVELOPING NEW RECEIPES
OVERSEE ALL ASPECTS OF THE KITCHEN
LEAD, MENTOR AND MANAGE THE CULINARY TEAM WHILE BEING A TEAM PLAYER
MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED KITCHEN ENVIRONMENT
ENSURE THAT FOOD HANDLING AND STORAGE PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED AND FOOD PREPARATION MEETS THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND SAFETY
FOOD PURCHASING AND STOCK MANAGEMENT
SKILLS:
HAVE EXCELLENT CULINARY SKILLS
GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL
STRONG LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
PREVIOUS KITCHEN MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE DESIREABLE
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
SALARY TO BE DISCUSSED AT INTERVIEW
