Are you an experienced Office Administrator or Procurement Assistant looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, tech-focused business environment?
Applause IT are hiring for a proactive and organised Office and Procurement Administrator to take ownership of their office management and procurement processes. This is a pivotal role, working closely with technically-minded teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing as Office and Procurement Administrator:
1. Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
2. Handling incoming communications (calls, emails, and correspondence)
3. Preparing and processing company orders, and liaising with suppliers
4. Keeping accurate customer and sales records (including maintenance/support helpdesk and renewals)
5. Supporting scheduling of meetings, travel, and events
6. Providing after-sales and customer support
7. Assisting with the creation of sales and marketing materials
8. Supporting promotional activities and ensuring compliance with company procedures
What we're looking for:
9. Experience in administration, sales, or customer support roles
10. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
12. Confident IT user - Microsoft Office (Word & Excel essential), SharePoint experience desirable
13. Experience using Intuit QuickBooks (or willingness to learn)
14. Comfortable working independently and escalating issues where needed
15. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
16. Experience in procurement/purchasing is a bonus, but not essential

This role is based at the company's Birmingham office with free on-site parking available. Please note: eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance may be required.
