Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their business based out of their Lexus Edgware Dealership.

Are you a customer-focused Car Sales Executive ready to represent one of the world’s most respected automotive brands? We are looking for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our clients growing team and contribute to the continued success of a prestigious, customer-focused dealership.

What You’ll Do:

* Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
* Present and explain add‑on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
* Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
* Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
* Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
* Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
* Deliver a five‑star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support


What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive is essential
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
* Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable working towards targets in a fast‑paced environment
* A full UK driving licence is required
