Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
* Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, welcoming visitors in person and handling enquiries via phone and email
* Preparing documents, letters, and general correspondence
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Supporting internal processes, including reviewing and improving policies and procedures
* Assisting across the office with ad hoc administrative support as needed
Key Requirements
* A degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
