MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate and communicative Project Manager to join our team and support our engagements in Boston. This position is hybrid and will require you to commute to our client sites in the Greater Boston Area.

We are looking for someone motivated and excited to learn to join us as a Project Management Consultant in the Irvine hub.
What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and lead high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and project execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering structure, clarity, and measurable results.
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scheduling through execution and closure.
* Drive process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance team performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, manage risks, and ensure timely project completion.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and progress is transparent.
* Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions that increase effectiveness across teams and projects.
As a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt to new environments, and be able to work within a team. You will represent our brand on client-sites and, thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared to support our engagements. Who You Are:
* You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Aerospace, etc. (Master’s preferred)
* You have 3-7 years of experience in Project Management
* You have experience working within the Engineering, Construction, or Project Management space
* You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* You are proficient with Project Management tools such as; Confluence, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
* You have a deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
* PMP certification or other relevant certifications are a plus
* Local to the Greater Boston Area
