Sales Administrator| Tollerton, Nottingham | Full Time, Office Based | £24,000 - £25,000 per annum Our client is a family-run business with over 25 years' experience in manufacturing good-quality furniture for the education, healthcare and corporate sectors. They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team in Tollerton, Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, approachable, and capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently. A professional appearance, a positive attitude, and keen attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must for this role. Please note- working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm including a one-hour lunch, although some flexibility may be required. Are you the right person for the job? As a Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the Sales Administration Manager as part of a supportive team. This varied role will include responsibilities such as: Handling general office administration tasks Managing telephone enquiries from both new and existing customers Processing sales orders, collections, and invoicing Preparing quotes for units and shipping Providing excellent customer service by assisting resellers and end users with any queries or issues Generating daily customer reports Coordinating and booking deliveries What can you expect in return?
