Temporary Diary Secretary / Administrator Wanted!
Location: Camden, Central London
Pay: £16 per hour

Our client, a leading organisation in the education sector, is looking for a cheerful and efficient Diary Secretary / Administrator to join their team for a temporary role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and has a passion for helping others succeed!
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Diary Management: Keep schedules organised and up-to-date.
2. Scheduling Appointments: Arrange meetings and ensure all parties are informed.
3. Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel for staff as needed.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and important dates.
5. Ad hoc Administration: Provide general administrative support as required.
What We're Looking For:
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with diary management systems.
9. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus!
Work Schedule:
10. Two days a week:
- Tuesday: Office-based (3 minutes walk from Euston Square train station)
- Wednesday: Remote work
11. Start date: Tuesday, 19 August
