Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value
Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients
Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete
Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim
Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution
Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality
Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process
About You – Knowledge and Experience:
Subsidence Claims Experience: Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential
Strong Communication Skills: Confident communicator and negotiator, able to explain complex matters clearly and with empathy
Highly Organised: Capable of prioritising and managing a busy caseload efficiently
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to change
Customer-Oriented: Proactive, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive customer journey
Professional Mindset: Positive, resilient, and open to new technology and process improvement
