Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a brand-new children’s residential home?
We are a new and ambitious organisation committed to providing outstanding care, stability, and positive futures for young people. We are opening our first 3 bedded children’s home and are seeking a Registered Manager who will play a pivotal role in establishing, managing, and leading the home to achieve excellence.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with Ofsted requirements.• Ensure the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards and safeguarding responsibilities.• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and care plans that put the needs of children first.• Work closely with local authorities, social workers, families, and other professionals.• Oversee the home’s financial, staffing, and operational performance.• Create a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment where children can thrive.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in working within children’s residential care, with a proven track record in management.• Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).• Knowledgeable in Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s legislation.• A leader with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.• Passionate about making a lasting difference in children’s lives.
