Responsibilities
* Collect stock from the warehouse using heavy roll cages (up to 15 kg) to replenish a variety of items across the store, keeping shelves clean, tidy and fully stocked.
* Always be ready to serve customers brilliantly when the store is open, support with any questions and proactively offer help.
* Check dates on fresh produce and grocery products.
* Help across the store as needed and support with deliveries.
* Build great knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
Qualifications
* Happy working overnight in a fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environment, often on your own but able to thrive as part of a team.
* Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
* Takes responsibility for owning tasks and uses initiative to solve problems.
* Always prepared to work flexibly and productively across the store to a high standard; willing to learn and develop new skills.
* Comfortable learning and using new digital tools and technology.
* Great attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter‑free, and always creating the best shopping experience for customers.
Eligibility
* The minimum application age for this role is 18, due to the working hours and types of goods (e.g., alcohol) that may be handled.
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
