We are looking for a Building Surveyor tojoinour existing Surveying team. Our Building Surveyor will bring effective surveying services across the range of BDHT activities focusing on supporting our repairs & maintenance service, effective diagnosis of building issues and deciding upon the best course of action based on response times, customer careand investment needs (egplanned or ad-hoc works). As in all ofour surveying roles you will also be delivering our planned and cyclical programmes and supporting colleagues across the organisation providing a holistic and seamless service for our customers. About you With an HNC/HND minimum in Building Construction or similar recognised qualification, youllbe able to demonstrateexperience of working within the construction industry. You will have excellent communication skills that instil confidence in our customers and be proficient in the use of basic IT systems including the ability to use handheld technology to record client management information.
