Role Overview As a Graduate Finance Administrator, you will receive comprehensive training to build your skills in payroll processing, pensions administration, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a career in finance and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment. There may also be an opportunity to study towards and acheive your AAT qualifications. Key Responsibilities Accurately process payroll documentation including time sheets, invoices, credit notes, expenses, and pension contributions. Calculate and verify payrolls in line with UK tax regulations and company policies. Respond to payroll and pension queries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Use Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) to reconcile payroll and pension transactions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll and pension records. Assist with pension scheme administration and ensure compliance with contribution deadlines. Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely documentation. About You Hold a degree in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
