About the Role
Shape the future of AI in the Norwegian language. This role as an AI Trainer for Norwegian writers offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise and develop AI skills. You will train AI models to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Norwegian content, with flexible scheduling and a direct impact on AI advancement in Norwegian.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Educate AI: Analyze and give feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian. Your insights will improve AI accuracy and real-world applicability.
2. Problem Solving: Provide detailed solutions and explanations for complex Norwegian language problems, including grammar, punctuation, and creative writing, teaching the AI to reason effectively.
3. Red Teaming: Use your expertise to identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base. Design tests to challenge and validate the model's understanding.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own working schedule based on project needs.
About You
* Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Norwegian.
* Strong English writing skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
* Critical eye for detail and ability to articulate strengths and weaknesses in written text.
* Professional writing experience (researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
* Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information
This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. It is not an internship. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not provided. International students with valid visas may apply after consulting with a legal advisor. We cannot provide employment documentation. Compensation varies by location and experience, with an estimated hourly rate of $15-$150 USD.
