You will join a well-led and motivated team dedicated to continuous improvement. Responsibilities
1. Work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to ensure positive outcomes for all students.
2. Actively promote the academy’s values.
3. Assist teaching staff in narrowing the attainment gap between disadvantaged students and their peers.
