Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum DOE + Commission up to £15,000 per annum + Car Allowance
About The Opportunity
The Business Development Executive is a key member of Airband’s growth strategy, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. This proactive role involves analyzing market trends, creating strategies, identifying new sales leads, and expanding Airband’s business customer base.
Responsibilities
* Identifying new business opportunities through research of potential markets, customers, and partnerships.
* Developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with company goals.
* Promoting services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
* Analyzing market trends and competitors to inform strategies.
* Collaborating with marketing and operations departments for cohesive strategies.
* Preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress.
Key Skills
* Experience in an outbound role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Motivated and ambitious.
* Ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.
* Good IT skills.
* Ability to calculate rate cards and negotiate effectively.
Who Are We Looking For?

* Proven business development experience.
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Must be able to travel across the Airband geography.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in telecommunications selling broadband solutions.
* Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
