You will be responsible for general maintenance, welding, servicing, repair, and upkeep machinery, vehicles, and estate infrastructure to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime, working both in the workshop and in the field to keep equipment running safely and reliably. The work is diverse & you will often be outdoors, in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & carrying out scheduled servicing on plant & machinery. Troubleshooting and fixing machinery faults in the field, often working under pressure during peak seasons. Mechanical & Electrical fault diagnosis. Experience of hydraulics and pneumatics. Infrastructure Maintenance, including estate buildings.Essential Skills: You will have proven experience in repairing agricultural machinery, heavy plant, or similar equipment. Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and diesel engines. Competence in using diagnostic software.
