The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including: Welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly, professional manner Looking after clients whilst they're waiting, ensuring they have a positive first impression of the business, answering any queries Answering all incoming calls and directing inquiries to the correct member of staff General administrative duties, filing, inputting data when needed Ideally you will have previous Reception / Administrative experience, however the most important aspects are to present a warm and professional demeanor, be well-presented and have confidence to speak to visitors in person and via the phone.
