About the Role
As an Individual Sales Consultant at Pacific Prime, you will advise clients on private medical insurance options and help them select the most suitable plan. You'll work with a consistent flow of leads generated through our global platforms — allowing you to focus on delivering a consultative, client-first experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.

Conduct advisory sales calls to assess needs and explain plan options.

Prepare tailored plan comparisons and present recommendations clearly.

Develop strong knowledge of UK and international medical insurance products.

Oversee the full sales cycle from first contact to policy issuance.

Coordinate with Client Services to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM and work towards clear targets.
What You Bring
