Job Purpose

With demonstrable experience in delivering organisational restructuring and people transition, the successful candidate will facilitate the development of target operating model reviews and the implementation of people transition plans which will enable delivery of organisational change across the Bank. The role holder will support the delivery of organisation design and change projects that ensure every team is enabled with the right people, with the right skills, in the right role, and working together in the best way.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead the implementation of Target Operating Model reviews, working closely with the subject matter experts and local senior management.
* Deliver workstreams spanning the end-to-end change journey - from current and future state analysis, operating model and organisation design, impact and gap analysis and transition planning.
* Collaborate with relevant experts to support the delivery of detailed design and transition planning including role profile development, job evaluation and consultation.
* Provide compelling advice for senior stakeholders on key organizational choices needed to drive efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
* Establish exceptional collaboration with HR, Communications, Technology and other stakeholders to support the workforce and communications requirements of effective change.
* Provide project management support to the delivery of organisation design and development projects to ensure on-time delivery and the effective management of risks and issues.

* Experience of organisation design
* Experience of managing a workstream/workstreams within a project structure.
* Discretion in handling staff sensitive data
* Strong attention to detail
* Collaborative and inclusive approach
* Can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances


Desirable Criteria

* Business Change management experience.
* Project management experience.
* Experience of planning and delivering people change activity
* Data Analysis or business analysis experience
* Experience navigating a large, sophisticated organisation.
* An understanding of the structure of a central bank.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary of circa £69,440 - £86,000. In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below:

* Currently a non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/80th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/65th) or decrease (to 1/105th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year. The Bank has the discretion to vary standard accrual rates and dial up and dial down rates at any time and to withdraw dial up and dial down options at any time.
* A discretionary performance award based on a current award pool.
* An 8% benefits allowance with the option to take as salary or purchase a wide range of flexible benefits.
* 26 days\' annual leave with option to buy up to 12 additional days through flexible benefits.
* Private medical insurance and income protection.


National Security Vetting Process

Employment in this role will be subject to the National Security Vetting clearance process (and typically can take between 6 to 12 weeks post offer) and the passing of additional Bank security checks in accordance with the Bank policy.
