Finance Officer Role
The duties will evolve with the growth of the business and will include
Responsibilities
· Management of Scheme Fees
· Management of Monthly Account reporting
· Management of Tax Relief
· Reporting for Audit
· Compensation Support
· Assistance with Payment authorisations
Key Tasks
· Adviser Invoicing on SAGE
· Pooled Account Settlement
· Prepare SIPP WIP and Debtors for Monthly Accounts
· Prepare SSAS Monthly Debtors
· Produce SSAS Active D/D Report
· 106 Draft for Auditors
· 105 Claim and Receipt
· Check Tax Relief is processed in an accurate and timely manner
· Scheme Fee submission and queries
· Bank Reconciliation – Mr Metro, PAYE, Tax relief and Fees
· Preparation of Monthly Meeting Balances
· Liaise with Auditors to assist for Minerva Audit
· Liaise with Enhance to assist with Bank Reconciliation Checks
· Complaint/Compliance Compensation Submission

Qualifications
We require the individual to have strong people and communication skills, IT literacy, be organized and motivated with leadership abilities.
The successful candidate will have AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualifications.
