What You’ll Be Doing (Hands-On From Day One)
Progression here is performance-based, not time-based. You move forward by learning fast and delivering results.
If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, sales, or frontline roles — or you’re simply hungry to learn and grow — you’ll fit in here.
Trainee Team Leader Phase (0–6 Months)
You’ll build real leadership experience by:
* Supporting and leading a team of 5–7 people
* Learning how to motivate, coach, and develop others
* Running face-to-face campaigns and daily operations
* Tracking performance, targets, and KPIs
* Building confidence in communication and decision-making
* Developing core leadership and management skills
Junior Management Phase (4–8 Months)
As responsibility increases, you’ll move into:
* Team growth and development (10–15 people)
* Performance forecasting and reporting
* Understanding budgets and operational planning
* Client communication and campaign execution
* Taking ownership of results, not just tasks
Senior Leadership Pathway (8–12+ Months)
At this stage, you’ll be:
* Leading divisions of 20+ people
* Managing client contracts and delivery standards
* Driving strategy, performance, and growth
* Supporting UK expansion and future international plans
* Running a part of the business — not just managing a team
