Salary: £12.31 per Hour (09:00 – 17:00) Temporary Contract
6 Month Contract (Immediate start).

Our client is a market leader, part of a global plc, and has a number of heavy industrial and engineering, manufacturing sites nationally; they are looking for a Health and Safety and Compliance Training Co-ordinator at their Head Office to assist with the administration/coordination within the training department on a temporary 6 month basis.

The Ideal Applicant:
·Educated to a minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent in English and Maths/HND/BTEC/Degree in Business Studies or similar.
·The successful candidate will ideally have experience using Google Chrome
·SAP experience desired
·Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
·Self-motivated and the ability to influence others to achieve deadlines
·Proven interpersonal and communication skills, face to face, on the telephone and in writing
·Good time management, planning and prioritising ability for self and others
·Detail conscious, accurate and methodical
·Knowledge and understanding of organisations
·Experience of working under own initiative and with limited supervision
·Experience of confidential working practices
·Experience of previous administrative duties
·Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Mail
·Ability to manage a high workload: good organisational and prioritising skills, with the ability to multi-task and be flexible
·Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to be self-motivated
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
·Ability to problem solve and make rational, logical recommendations
