We're looking for a driven, experienced sales professional who’s ready to take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
What You’ll Be Selling
* High-converting, modern websites tailored for tradesmen and construction companies.
* Backed by AI tools and design that drive real, qualified leads.
Your Responsibilities
* Source your own leads within the UK construction and trade sectors.
* Pitch and sell our website services remotely.
* Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
* Maintain records using our provided CRM tools.
* Collaborate with our team and leverage marketing materials and brand assets to support your sales efforts.
Commission & Incentives
* 20% commission on every sale — uncapped. (OTE £130,000 Yearly)
* £10,000 Christmas Bonus if annual targets are achieved.
* No ceiling, no limits — your income is tied directly to your success.
✅ What You’ll Need
* 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in commission-only roles.
* Proficiency in cold outreach, relationship-building, and deal closing.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
* Industry knowledge in construction or trades is a bonus but not required.
