Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers across all aspects of the client journey
* Manage client communications with a professional and friendly approach
* Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
* Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the smooth running of the business
* Collaborate with the wider team to enhance client experience and overall efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an IFA or financial services admin role preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
