Role Overview
You are the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will be attentive to customer needs and have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and new stock setup on the shop floor.
* Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
* Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all FatFace policies, procedures, and GDPR requirements.

Experience
* Experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential.

* Good time management skills.
