In an industry that is evolving rapidly with the introduction of electric vehicles, we are looking to expand our Sales team and are seeking an engaging and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team in Lowestoft.
You will work with our team to deliver an engaging and positive experience for all of our guests. This includes having a friendly and approachable manner, greeting our guests in the showroom, or responding to them digitally and ensuring they feel valued at every stage of their enquiry.
Previous experience in the Motor Industry is not essential, and we are proud to be able to offer all our Sales Advisors Manufacturer Accredited training, plus you will be part of a great team who will always support you, and make sure you feel fully informed about the direction of the business and your role in it.
What You'll Need:
* An interest in people and keenness to engage with guests
* A self-motivated approach
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use
* Full driving licence

Salary & Hours
* Basic Salary of £23,500 plus uncapped commission package (Based on a 5 day working week of 42.5 hours, but we are open to discussing flexible hours)
* On target earnings of £30k - £40k, depending on experience and ability
* Guaranteed minimum earnings for the first six months
