The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:-
Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team in Head chef's absence.
Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
Meets high standards of food hygiene and professionalism and trains team to learn new cooking techniques.
